Chicago Ophthalmic Services Inc
1.Location: Morton Grove, IL
2.Time: October 17, 9:00 AM
3.Attendees: Mr. Qin, Brad, James
4.Discussion Topic: Exploring the potential for ESC-2000 representation. The client sells many used exam chairs and stands, including brands like Marco, Reliance, Topcon, and S4optic. They noted that the U.S. market favors these established brands for their reliability, with some Reliance products still operational after 20 to 30 years. Thus, it’s challenging for new brands to gain acceptance.

The client provided several suggestions for improving the ESC-2000, specifically:
1.Adding a function to disable the recline and rotation options on the slit lamp arm control, keeping only the up/down lift functions for the chair and stand.
2.Increasing motor speed to reach 18 mm per second.
3.Adding an "auto-return" feature for convenience, restoring all four motorized functions to the initial state with a single button.
4.Offering a three-year warranty and making the multifunction foot pedal a standard feature.

By visiting customers at the AAO exhibition, Hongdee has gained a deeper understanding of the preferences of the U.S. ophthalmic equipment market. Next, Hongdee will upgrade some of its products to better adapt to market trends.
